Spell Checker not working

Hi,,,,,, Installed XP Pro and the spell checker is not working. I don't have a spell tab in the tools/options. How can i activate it? Thanks in advance Linda
 
XP does not have a spell checker...you have to have Word, etc...or a
dedicated spell checker installed....
