spell checker for OE v2.1 vampirefo ?

I have a question about Spell Checker for OE v2.1 by vampirefo. When I
start the install I get a pop up box about overwriting some write protected
files with a choice of yes or no. What is this? I do not want to mess
anything up.

Well it is what it is. And without knowing which files are involved,
it's hard to comment.
 
I don't know what the files are either so I am not going to install it or
use it. Thanks for the input. I appreciated it.
