spell check on vista

All the answers for the spell check problem are great except when you click
"Tools", then "Spelling" you get the error message again with no option for
a language! Any sugestions?
 
I have a new question:
My spell check ( in Windows Mail ) used to correct the lower case "i" and
change to the upper case "I".
Now it has stopped doing that !
Help ! Isn't there some place where you can tell it words to correct ?

software. You would be better served asking your question in a newsgroup
devoted to Windows Vista, or Windows Mail.
