Spell check halted...

Is there any way to correct "Spell check halted..." error
message from being displayed.

I get this error everytime I try to send E Mail using
Outlook Express 6.0 with Windows XP. I have Word97
installed.

This error DOES NOT APPEAR when I startup the PC using my
Windows98 OS on my D:\

I seached the MS KB but can't find any fixes for this.

Common issue for O97:

Go to Start/Run/EXPAND X:\i386\CSAPI3T1.DL_ C:\CSAPI3T1.DLL (Where X is your
CD-Rom drive letter). And then copy it to: Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

Checkpoint: Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools

In the right pane where it reads: SharedFilesDir, verify that it reads:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared under Data.
