spell check does not like Walla Walla, WA

My company performs much work in the Walla Walla, WA area. The city's name
appears frequently in our word docs.

Spell check wants to delete the repeated word in though we entered the name
in the custom dictionary.

What to do?

I rate this as strange considering the fact that MS remains a WA based
company!

If you use a nonbreaking space (Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar) in the name, Word will
not object to it.
