Speedtouch USB Modem from BTOPENWORLD

anyone else have this stupid looking green modem from BTOPENWORLD? if i
accidently unplug mine it crashes the whole system. which is just slightly
annoying. . . .

any advice would be great!

Had the same from Freeserve and never had a problem with it for two years -
its run sweet as a nut. But then I have never unplugged it accidentally or
otherwise and I am not likely to try.

As to advice - don't unplug it.
