specify contacts

I would like to see certain contacts in specific colors when there name is in
my inbox rather than everyone just being in black. I am running Outlook
2003. Thanks
 
NO read my question again. I want the font color changed of certain
individuals sending me emails. Not a stupid microscopic flag.
