Specified dates within a date range

I'm working on a macro that should count certain dates between two dates
(startdate and enddate are in separate cells). I need it to count sundays + a
few dates I've counted and declared in VBA as Dates. Anyone got any pointers
how to go on with it?
 
Where cell C5 is your Start Date and C8 is your End Date use:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(WEEKDAY(ROW(INDIRECT(C5&":"&C8)),2)=7))

For starters !!
