Special subject line for delegates

Is there a way to have Outlook put a default subject line
in a message when it is being sent by a delegate? For
instance, a user with delegate access to another user's
email sends an email as the other user, but the subject
line is automatically edited to add something like "(SENT
FROM DELEGATE)".

Is this possible in Outlook or would this require a
third-party tool?

Doesn't the "From" address already contain this information ("on behalf
of")?

In my case the only time they get the "on behalf of" is
when they REPLY to a message. I they go into the other
persons INBOX and create a message it just shows up as
coming from them... no "on behalf of". Is that the way
it's supposed to work?
