I have an area on a worksheet that I want to be invisible when viewed on the
screen. But, when I print the sheet, I want it visible on the paper only.
Is there a way I can do this?

thanks

Format the text as white, or hide the columns.
Record a macro that unhides the columns or formats the text back to a color,
then prints.
Assign the macro to a command button or toolbar button.
