Special folders like Mu Documents and My Music

I have a flash drive that has pre-defined folders for music, data, etc.

The music folders are behaving like special folders, and I can't seem to
change them.

For example, I want the music folders to Not have a column for "Artist"
I simply want it to be like a normal data folder.

There is no desktop.ini in the folders.

What to do?
