Speaking of activate on mouse over

Using Firefox, I've gotten to like activating tabs on hover set
in milliseconds using tabbed browser extentions.
By extension, I was wondering if anyone is aware of a
proggie/utilty that'll do the same thing for windows programs,
like minimize, maximize, close, on mouse hover?
Sounds like something that'd be right up The Wonderful Icons
alley.

There is one in the Microsoft Powertoys, called X-mouse; which at least
does raise windows below the pointer, and bring them on top. The same
feature seems to be implemented in the Intellimouse drivers.

There are surely more applications out there to provide this feature;
xmouse is the keyword.

Don't think that'll min, max, and close on hover.

No, as you indicate it is more of a window activation follows
mouse, nut no other actions are carried out AIR.
