At startup I got this error,
C:\windows\system32\servicepack2 has
failed to load spchk.exe ,you may run the recovery disc
and select the r for repair.When I do that I get a
prompt like this, C:\i386 delete
when I typed in D:\windows\system32\servicepack2
C:\windows\system32\servicepack2 it says no files
extracted. Then I rebooted and now I get this message that
says operating system not found,How do I load the file I
need to run?

Would love to Larry, but when I push the power button it
comes up with a black screen with a little curser
blinking, then it comes up with (operating system not
found)-Would love to know how to search for that file
from here, please help! All I did was restart the computer
after loading sp2 update. Then tried to install the file
that was damaged. Now it looks like i'm taking it in the
prevebial POOPSHOOT.I am happy I backed up just before
installing the update. You know how long it will take me
to reload everything? Many hours is right, maybe a day or
two to get things right, and i'll still need to load sp2
again ARGH!!!!!!!
