Spawn not spawning image

OK, Newbie question I am sure but......

This is working on the computer and not published to the web.
I have a page open in FP2003 in a subsite, I insert a thumbnail I created
onto the page I am editing. I select the image once it has been inserted,
and fire up Spawn, enter in the information (File location of the target
file, and window size). Save the page.

When I go to preview window or File/Preview the jpg I inserted has
disappears, the window spawns correctly except the opened window shows a
missing image box with the little X in it. Both files are inside the
subsite's images folder.

The reason That I am trying spawn is that I wish to insert some hyperlinks
into the spawned window to allow a choice of file download types. Should I
be trying this another way? I wish to offer TIFF and JPG file format
downloads of product images for a company catalog.

Bret,

Do you have a URL you can share?

At this point no. I'm building the site on the computer first. Is that
the reason I'm not "seeing" things correctly, I have to have it up on
the server first? If so I could I'll do the publish to the web.

Thanks!
Bret

No, but it would make it easier to tell you what's wrong. Can you post the
HTML?

Thank you for the offer!

The HTML posts up with this:

<p>&nbsp;<a href="images/JungleBallsTEST.jpg"
onclick="spawnJimcoPopup('images/JungleBallsTEST.jpg','Test','toolbar=no,loc
ation=no,directories=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=no','39
5','370','0','0','pixel');return false;"><img border="0"
src="images/JungleBallsTESTTMB.jpg" width="100" height="81"></a></td>

That what you are looking for?

I can send the page if you need more code to see it is 93 lines long

Bret

Bret,

You've snipped off the original post, so I don't know what the problem was.
Can you repost that?

Bret,

If you browse to http://localhost/web/images/JungleBallsTEST.jpg (replace
"web" with your Web site name), does the image show up? Sounds like an
inaccurate link to me. Nothing wrong with the code.

Use the browse button in Spawn! It will prevent you from using inaccurate
links. :)

Sound like you need to create page, with a thumbnail image, and links to the
different file type to be downloaded, and these should be zipped, if you
actual want the user to always download them instead of them being displayed
when the link is clicked on.

Once you have the page created, then you load the page into Spawn.
