I want to copy a file from HD to floppy using XP Pro. However, it's approx
2.5kb i.e. too big for 1 floppy. Any ideas?

I had a look on the MS Help & Support Center. It gave clues about spanned
volumes & converting to a dynamic disk using Disk Management snapin / Disk
Part.

If zipping it won't make it small enough you can download one of the many
file splitter programs available. Just go to download.com and search. Of
course it would require that the recipient also have the file splitter
program to put it back together but most work fine. I've split a 25mb into
5 parts and emailed it.

Answered in another newsgroup. Please do not send the same
message separately to more than one newsgroup. Doing so just
fragments the thread, so someone who answers in one newsgroup
doesn't get to see answers from others in another newsgroup.

If you must send the same message to more than one newsgroup,
please do so by crossposting (but only to a *few* related
newsgroups).
