Description:

SpamPal sits between your email program and your pop3/imap4 mailbox, checking
your email as you retrieve it.

Any email messages that SpamPal considers to be spam will be "tagged" with a
special header; you simply configure your email client to filter anything with
this header into a separate folder and your spam won't be mixed up with the
rest of your email anymore!

Recent Changes - v1.72g

* When SpamPal crashes, users now have the option to automatically send a
report to the developer
* Local blacklistings were being overridden by positive DNSBL query results -
fixed

* SpamPalLSP.dll no longer calls OpenThread() - this function is not supported
on Win9x and was preventing transparent proxy from loading on this OS!

* Rewritten overlapped-operation-handling code - should be more robust now

* Rare set of circumstances could result in SpamPal reading more data than it
should and corrupting input stream; fixed

* SpamPal was reporting it supported certain IMAP4 extensions when it doesn't -
fixed

I am a convert from SpamPal to K9. Very happy.

Did you hear the one about the dyslexic, agnostic, insomniac?
He had trouble sleeping at night, wondering if there was a dog.
Remove yourhat to reply ... but it may take a while.
