I've been using it for several years without any problem (see header).
The nice thing is that if you want, you can configure it for usenet
e-mails to be sent to your private address, so genuine posters can
contact you. I change my address every ~six months or so to keep the
spam down. I've never known them to breach my privacy by passing on
my private e-mail address.
I've been using it for a few years with no problems. Spam Gourmet http://www.spamgourmet.com/ is pretty good as well, they let you specify
how many emails you want the temporary address to accept, up to 20.
