Spaming

Dear Sir,
We are microsoft customers(SYMBIOSIS) having complete
Backoffice server.
sir we have lease line of 128KBPS and which is configured
on ISA for proxy to LAN network.
sir somebody is spaming using my IP how do i protct this.
i have uninstalled SMTP services.
this is an educational institute no student will dare to
do this.Pl guide me.
I am prof. for IT & Systems.
Pl. let me also know how to configure ISA for authetic
ussrs only(only active directory users)

sir somebody is spaming using my IP how do i protct this.
Many spammers would use different IPs, IPs from India and other 3rd world
countries are favored. You can't do anything about it, unless finding out
where spammer leaves and payiing him a visit - waste of your time.

i have uninstalled SMTP services.

Microsoft blocks all outgoing port 25, so for example for me to contact SMTP
at my e-mail host, superford.org, is impossible! Microsoft is being hated
for that.
