Spambayes and Disruptor

There is a setting on toolbar for Disruptor and for SPambayes. Disruptor does
nothing and SPambayes puts up a bar but selecting it lets you do nothing!
There is NOTHINGN in the help about either.
How are they used and why does this happen.
I am using Outlook 2007!
 
Spambayes is a 3rd party addin, not a native part of Outlook. You should
ask the Spambayes folks.
