when my emails arrive from server they are for other
email addresses - not my own (up to 8 other emails
accounts). I am receiving up to 500 emails a day
containing SPAM - generally porn. How can I ensure the
server only accepts emails for my account and again only
downloads the same. I have tried to use 'message rules'
to set up a rule stating only emails containing my email
address should be downloaded but it downloads everything
there.
Please help. I am desperate.

If you're using XP, it's a known issue that rules don't
always run automatically. You have to manually run rules
everytime you open Outlook.
