When i send messages to spam they keep showing up in my in box but then go
away when i click to delete how do i get them to never show again ever?
 
Add the senders to the Junk Senders list is one way. Do these messages have
anything in common? Sometimes there isn't a foolproof way to avoid all spam.

Sorry, but Outlook has no feature to "send messages to spam". Outlook has a
"Junk E-mail" folder, but nothing that marks a message as junk. You can
block a sender address or domain, but that's not "sending a mesage to spam."
Please be more precise on describing what you're doing. State your Outlook
version when you do, as well as the type of account you're using.
