I would like to set up Outlook to send e-mails to my inbox only if I have
you in my contacts folder. I have a doamin setup and am getting BOMBED with
spam and I have no idea where it comes from. This is probably pretty eay to
set up but I'll be damned if I can find it in the online help. Any
suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

Outlook rules act on mail after download and not before. You will need to
set your spam filter to high or only for trusted senders. But, if you only
use trusted senders, how will new people seeing your site contact you?

In addition to Milly's reply;

If you have a "catchall" or "blind-forward' e-mail account set up for your
domain, it means that anyone can send mail to (e-mail address removed)
or (e-mail address removed). I don't like catchalls. Define a
single SMTP address for your mailbox and it will then discard all other
mail - your ISP/mail host can likely do this for you, or you can do it in a
control panel they provide.
