Greg Chu The Small

Hi, I posted several messages on this NG, but I was not careful and used my
real emal address without modified it a little, so I got tons of spam mail
now !

Any way to change my existing posting email address?
Or delete the ones I posted?

Thnaks!

Fraid not. Now the spammers have your address, that's it. I still get
the occasional spam to an address I used once in 1996.

I don't think you have a way to delete postings... The better way to keep
the spammers away, is to place a <nospam> in front of your domain name, and
tell folks that want to email you directly to remove it on reply...

SPAM is the downfall of society, I tell you! :-) There are several utilities
out there that will catch the bulk of the spam one would get. Contact me
directly if you would like some recommendations.

Greg,

Unless you can find a way to clean up google databases, you will have to
leave with the spam for now.

Create a new "real" email address if it really gets annoying. Or install
anti-spammer software.

Sorry, not much of good news here,
Konstantin

Hi Greg,

Sign up with Spamcop.com, and send these unsolicited
emails to them. I did this for about a month straight, it
does take some time, but eventually I noticed my spam
email getting smaller and smaller.
