How do I find out how much of the disc is being used by stuff? I used to be
able to easily do it but I can't now.
I'm running Windows XP.

When I go into Windows Explorer / My Computer / and right click on one
of the disks, "Properties" gives it to me. If that won't work for you,
then I dunno.

Or right-click on one of the folders and properties and this should tell
you how much the folder is using including its sub-directories.

I got it! Thanks.
I had a brainfart!

If you suspect a big file is hiding somewhere, the display on
that program can show it to you. It takes the program a number
of seconds to scan an entire partition, and build the picture.
If you point it at a folder, looking at only a portion of
the disk, it's much faster.

You hold your mouse over a block in the picture, and the tool
shows the path leading to the file. I find it great for locating
leftover files from some experiment, that need to be deleted.
