SP3 Preview Pane now lists email address twice

Can someone tell me why after upgrading to SP3, in the preview pane the
email address is listed twice, once in [] brackets and once in <> brackets.
This is annoying in that it makes the listing that much longer, and if you
are sending on behalf of someone, you aren't really able to see that data
unless you open the mail message. Any way to change this back to the way it
was?

Also, it seems SP3 is causing more problems than its worth. Any way to
uninstall it??

This is an issue indeed with Office XP Service Pack 3. Microsoft is
investigating the issue. So far I haven't heard of a fix yet.

Uninstalling the SP is not possible. You'll have to uninstall Office and the
reinstall it again with SP2 and latest updates.

I installed SP3 with preview pane OFF as my setting. On
turning on the preview pane after the event, this error
does not seem occur.

It seems to be this with already received mail only.
