SP2 installation error

Hi all.

I am computer novice and am scared of error messages! Got
one when trying to install SP2 - was fine for about 10
minutes, then error message said "Setup cannot copy the
file es.dll" It then asked me to check if the location was
correct (???means nothing to me!!!, which was
c:\25fb434d0b96ee77a384cafb70ce\i386
Tried "retry" a couple of times but then had to "cancel"
and whole thing uninstalled itself. What does this mean
and what can I do? Appreciate any comments from anybody
who actually understands these things! Cheers.

disk full? Hmm, SP2 should have checked that before beginning to
copy, but you could have a look anyway. How much free space do
you have?

Another possibility is that you installed it from a CD and the
CD is unreadable in some places. Try to copy the entire CD to
your hard disk first.
