SP2 install error

When attempting to install SP2 an error comes up about 3/4 the way through
the install saying i don't have authorization. I am using the administator
log in so. It happens when the intaller trys to write to the regestries
folder. what can i do to get the update.

P.S. i have the SP2 Cd but it does the same
