SP2 hangs my PC

OK, here's the problem.
Whenever I do a right-click on any icon the windows just
kinda hangs up. When I do a Ctrl+Alt+Del and view the
process list I see that drwtsn32.exe is using the CPU
100% and it never stops. If I end the process all turns
back to normal. Anyway at the moment I have RC2 version
installed and it works like a charm. I don't get it -
have tried everything I could think of. Have anyone had
the same problem. How can I solve this ? ? Really need
help because I kind of want to have the fully working SP2
on my machine. If I explained anything too messy then
tell and I'll try to improve it.

Do you have DIVX installed?
Uninstall it.
I am told DIVX is aware of and working for a solution.

Yes, I have DivX 5.2.0 codec and Dr.DivX installed. The
question is how can I watch movies and other stuff
encoded with DivX ? ? I think I just have to wait with
installing the SP2 until DivX team have made improvements
to their program. I have done 2 system restores already
because of the failure I get.
Just wondering what changes were made to the final
release compared to the RC2 version that the DivX and
many other programs won't work.
