SP2 firewall problems

I am currently on a dial up connection and share it with another computer
through a cross over cabel, but when I turn on the XPSP2 firewall it blocks
the internet connection. How do I get it to un-block that connection?

Open IE.
Go to Help ... Contents and Index
On the Search tab enter Trusted and press the List Topics button.
