Windows xp has a service called error reporting. It
should report this kind of error to microsoft. You'll
have check that its enabled. Go to control panel, switch
to category view, select performance and maintenance,
select administation tools, select services. Scroll down
to error reporting servicee .Double click that and if
needed make manual or automatic
Another thing to consider. If there is some kind of
windows corruption an install may not work. Error
checking can clean up that kind of problem. You should
