SP2 Balloons

Anybody know how to get rid of those annoying SP2 balloon warnings ie:
"Keep your computer up to date" if Auto Updates is turned off.
 
Thanks. I forgot about that Security Center Icon in Control Panel. I
just did a new install with a slipstreamed XP+SP2
and it seems to be working fine. So far. No problems with my favorite
apps.
