SP2, 272MB comes with all update including Direct X, WMP, etc?

I am dowloading SP2 now, its the network isntall version. With 272.4MB, does
it come with all windows update like media player, direct x, .net, windows
messenger, etc?

I just downloaded SP2 from the for IT professionals and developers.
The
file was 266MB. I downloaded it in about 10 minutes. RR cable over
350KB/sec. This will undoubtedly slow down when people from around
the world start to download. I am going to slipstream to CD. First I
am
going to try it for about a month and then do a clean install. XP has
been
on this box for over 2 years.

The Network install from MS is only 266MB. Are you getting the MSDN version
with deployment tools?

DirectX will be 9.0c; WMP will be version 9, the latest release, WMP 10
still being in Beta. .NET is included and the Windows Messenger
included copy appears to be version 4.7, though 5.0 was left untouched
by SP2
