sp1a -failed to install parts of it

after installation of sp1a for XP pro I cant start IPv6
firewall,review of update history shows that some
hotfixes failed to install(such as q309521 and
more).Scanning for updates again does not help. Is there
any way to fix the problem without rolling back the
system state?

Alex;
Make sure the patch was or was not installed successfully later.
If it was successful later, it is OK.
Otherwise install the patch again from the Windows Update Catalog:
