SP1 Will not Install

I am running a Dell Optiplex 745 with Vista Business. I downloaded SP1
from MS as a standalone.

I have read KB947366 followed all the procedures. But none of them have
allowed me to upgrade to SP1. I was wondering if anyone else had this
problem, and what they did to fix it. Thanks for any help you can give.

Have you cross-checked against all of these?
