I recently installed sp2 and every time I log in security center warns that I
have NAV installed but it's status is unknown and my computer might be at
risk.
I have valid Subscription Service and Auto Update turned on. Why doesn't it
recognise it?

"Norton AntiVirus
Installing Service Pack 2 will not affect Norton AntiVirus. The
Windows Security Center will be aware that you have Norton AntiVirus
installed, but it will not be able to determine its working status due
to Symantec's tamper-protection technology."

In my case, NAV just doesn't work, as described in my separate post.
Do you have any suggestions please?
