SP-2 Not Recognizing Norton AntiVirus 2004

I installed Service Pack 2 after all the other software, except Norton
SystemWorks 2004, which was installed last. In the Windows Security Center,
Virus Protection, it states that Norton AntiVirus is installed, but its
status is unknown. Norton AntiVirus is up-to-date; in fact the last download
for it was a few minutes before I wrote this. It has performed a system scan
as well. How do I get the Security Center to recognize the status of Norton
AntiVirus?

My Security Center is working fine.
I am using NAV2004, and it is detected.

Use Norton Update to update to the latest program files and
definitions. see if that helps.
