sounds like chipmonks

when i play a cd it sounds like chipmonks also i am unable to burn cds they
dont come out anymore when i try to play on another player
 
what you should check is do you see the row of arrow pointing down on the
left hand top corner go ther and scroll down to enhancements and go to speed
and click on it when you get there click normal
