soundblaster extigy not working

my pc crashed yeterday and i had to re-install a lot of
my hardware. im using a soundblaster extigy for my sound.
its all installed and pc says its there, however, when i
go to sounds, speech and audio properties in control
panel it tells me there is no audio device. HELP!!!!!!
