I've recently downloaded iTunes. It's been great for
about a week. Suddenly it doesn't work (can't hear any
music) and none of the sound features on my computer work
(including the startup windows sounds). I've been trying
to figure out what the problem is, but the only thing I
can come up with is this: "DirectSound test results:
Failure at step 19 (User verification of software):
HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)" ... and this is all
greek to me. anyone?
