just update to xp from 98 -- can play music using msn sound --unable to hear sound w/xp intro ??? Upgrade Report said "some of the entries might be software that is re as hardware" :Sound, video & game controllers ==mine is CMI8738/C3DX PCI AUDIO DEVICE === what do I need to do -- in 98 all worked fine
