I am new to the cable internet connection. However, when I play a video, such
as one from CNN, the sound does not work properly. At first it seemed to be
that the Windows firewall protection was blocking the sound, but I could
still see the video. I have tried other videos sites, msn, to watch the news
clips, the video is great, but the sound is distorted. Any suggestions? I
disabled the firewall and it still doesnt' work.
 
I have determined that 1 out of the 4 videos on the road runner news home web
site work. 2/4 are from CNN, however, the sound only works with one of them.
Not sure what would cause this, anyone else have any ideas?
 
I tried playing a video news clip from CNN, real player opened, the video
worked, but the sound did not work. I tried from Road runner and the
"imbedded" video worked on the website (using macromedia flashplayer), but
the sound was distorted. ANY HELP???
