Sound when new window opened from a link

I've just installed service pack 1a and now everytime I
open a new window from a link in a webpage I get an
annoying bleep sound. Can anyone tell me how to turn it
off?

Control Panel | Sounds, scrll down to Windows Explorer and set Start
Navigation and Complete Navigation to None.
