I HAVE RECEIVED SOME .PPS PRESENTATION. AT ONE TIME I COULD HEAR THE SOUND
FROM EACH OF THEM, I DID AND UPDATE FOR OFFICE 2003, BUT NOW THERE IS NO
SOUND ON THESE PPS. YET I CAN BUILD ONE AND THE SOUND IS GREAT. WHEN I
EXPLORE THE PPS I SEE ON THE FIRST FRAME, UNDER THE FORMAT THAT THERE IS A
SOUND WAVE. BUT IT DOESNOT PLAY. I CHANGED SOUND CARDS, BUT STILL. CAN
ANYONE GIVE ME HELP???

Highlight the sound icon, right click and select play.
If you get a message something like "can't find file"
You may at one point moved the presentation but not the sound files that may
have been linked to it (they may not have been embedded). If that's the case,
find the sound files and put them in the same folder as the presentation.
That should correct the problem.
Hope this helps!!!

Try moving the presentation and associated sound files to a short path on
your hard drive. Example "C:\test"
