Sound recorder length

Sound recorder only allows 60 seconds of recording when I
am using my microphone. I need to record about 15
minutes worth so I can burn it to a CD. How can I
increase the length of the sound recorder?

You cant, but you can use third party software to do it. MusicMatch Jukebox
and Goldwave are two good programs to look into.

YOU HAVE TO INCREASE THE SECONDS TO COVER THE 15 MINUTES
YOU WANT THATS 15X60=900 SECONDS
 
One trick that supposedly worked in sound recorder from
windows 98 was that as you were recording, when the
slider neared the end you could drag it all the way back
to the start again and it would continue recording,
increasing the length. Apparently this created an audible
gap in what you were recording so this method is not
recommended. I haven't tried it myself so I can't
guarantee it works.
