In the Sound Recorder, is there any way to make the
length longer than 60 seconds? I know you can click
record right when the seconds hit 60 and it will keep
recording, but that little blip you hear in the newly
created sound file can get annoying when recording long
files. For instance, I need to convert videos between 2
formats, but it doesn't support audio, so I have to
record the video and mix it with the newly converted
video. Is there any way to make the sound recorder start
at a higher length time than 60?

A "blank" 60' WAV file can be recorded, then edited - as many times as
necessary, but this is tedious. Better would be to install a competent
recording program. http://google.com - search for PC SOUND RECORDER.

There are also many conversion utilities available on the Net.
