Is the computer's volume turned up?
Is the sound input or system muted?
Does the sound in this presentation play on other systems?
Was the link to the sound broken when moved?
How long is the link to the sound (in characters)?
Do other sounds play on this computer?
Is the sound activated?
Are the contacts in the headphone jack corroded?
Is something else playing (even if it is playing silence)?
Post back, we can help track this down with you.
