Sound mixer icon on desktop, how to ????

How do i get an icon (shortcut) to my soundmixer playback and soundmixer
record, on my desktop (2 separate icons !). I'm a bit fed up of having to go
into the taskbar, clicking on the sound icon, properties, 'record' radio
button.

Creating a shortcut to SNDVOL32.EXE should give you one of them.
