Sound in email for Outlook 2007

Can someone please tell me if I can make it so that a sound will play in an
email I send automatically?
I can’t find any help for it. I searched Google and saw that there was an
issue with 2003. Surely in 2007 I can make it so a sound will play in an
email!

Please help before I pull the rest of my hair out!
