Sound in e-mail

I am wanting to send sound with an e-mail, but can't figure out how to do it. I don't want to send as an attachment. I want the sound to play when the recepient receives the e-mail. Could someone help me with that.
 
You don't say what version of Outlook you are using. I
looked around in 2000 for you and see no way to do this.
Have you dug around in Help?
