Mary, have you resolved the sound issue? I too have experineced the same problem. My problem appeared to start when I began live streaming Sirius (Satellite) radio. I am thinking maybe I have corrupted some codec's or made inadvertant changes to my sound card. any help from the cyber-abyss of the intenet sould be appreciated.
